AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2025: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Jammu has announced a recruitment drive for 80 Group A faculty positions. This recruitment drive is open for Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in various medical departments. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website, aiimsjammu.edu.in, until October 24, 2025.

A total of 80 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive, including 24 Professors, 15 Additional Professors, 18 Associate Professors, and 23 Assistant Professors.

Who can apply?
An MBBS degree and an NMC-accredited MD are required for faculty positions in medical colleges. Teaching experience is required for 3 years for Assistant Professors, 6 years for Associate Professors, 10 years for Additional Professors, and 14 years for Professors.

Experience should preferably be in a medical college or an accredited institution. The minimum qualifications and experience for all positions are as per NMC standards.

The salaries are as follows:

Professor Level-14-A 1,68,900 - 2,20,400
Additional Professor Level-13-A2+ 1,48,200 - 2,11,400
Associate Professor Level-13-A1+ 1,38,300 - 2,09,200
Assistant Professor Level-12 1,01,500 - 1,67,400

Age Limit
The maximum age limit for all these positions is 50 years (as of October 24, 2025). Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates. The age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 years for PwBD candidates, and 5 years for government employees.

Application Fee
₹3,000 for General and OBC candidates, ₹2,400 for EWS candidates, ₹2,400 for SC/ST candidates, and ₹2,400 for PwBD candidates. The application fee for SC/ST candidates will be refunded if they appear for the interview for the positions they apply for.

Document Sending Address and Deadline
Candidates applying online must also submit self-attested copies of all required certificates. These include age, educational qualifications, experience (including proof of payment), caste certificate (in the prescribed format), EWS/PwBD certificate, NOC, and other relevant documents.
