DRA Homes acquires 4.38 acres on Chennai–Bengaluru Highway

DRA Homes, a Chennai based residential developers, has acquired a 4.38-acre land parcel at Chembarambakkam along the Chennai–Bengaluru Highway for about ₹50 crore, marking an addition to its portfolio in Western Chennai’s fast-growing corridor. The company plans to develop a one-million sq. ft. mid-segment housing project with an estimated sales potential of ₹650 crore.

The proposed development will be designed as a Gold-rated Green building, will feature thoughtfully planned apartments, serviced residences for flexible short-term stays.
