He's one of the fastest players in the Premier League and Erling Haaland has a need for speed on the road as well. The Manchester City striker makes no secret of his love for cars, and can often be spotted driving the country lanes near his home in a leafy Cheshire village.
But even the 6ft5 Norwegian looked small as he left training at the Etihad campus in a brand new £200,000 monster truck on Monday afternoon. The 25-year-old just managed to squeeze his Ford F-150 Shelby 5.0L V8 engine through the gates, as the squad ready themselves for their first game of the season against Wolves on Saturday.

Last season Haaland clocked a top speed of 22mph on the pitch - just five miles slower than Usain Bolt. But in his acid green Aston Martin DBX 4x4 he can push the accelerator to 193mph. And he's been papped behind the wheel of several supercars since joining the Citizens three years ago.

After signing a record-breaking deal to stay with the Sky Blues for another nine years in January, Haaland treated himself to a new Porsche 911 GT3 RS. The orange supercar with black detailing is worth £192,000. Among the other cars in his collection are a black Audi RS6 worth £120,000 and a Mercedes Maybach worth £182,000 - although this model can range in price up to £212,000 dependent on the size and specification.
An insider told the Mirror : "He seems to change his cars quite a lot. His last 3 cars were all left hand drive on Luxembourg plates. He still has the Mercedes Maybach, his Porsche, his Audi RS6 and his new truck. His girlfriend has a Range Rover."
Haaland has been dating fellow Norwegian and talented handball player Isabel Haugseng Johansen, 21, for several years. The couple welcomed their first baby together at the end of last year, just before Haaland extended his contract with City until 2034. And the pair were spotted laughing next to their Grey Rolls Royce Cullinan, worth over 250k, as they filled up its 6.75L engine at a petrol station.
