A Liverpool man who travelled to Morocco at the beginning of last month has not been heard from since, sparking concern among his family. Peter Forrest, from Old Swan, flew to Marrakesh on 5 September alone, with plans to permanently relocate to the country.
His niece, Olivia Barton, 23, has issued a desperate appeal for any information regarding his whereabouts since he disappeared. Olivia revealed that the last contact they had with the 53 year old was on 20 September, with the main points of contact within the family being herself, her mum and Peter's son, Ben.
She stated: "He went to Morocco on 5 September and we haven't heard from him since 20 September; no one has spoken to him since. He usually speaks to me, his mum or his son but there's been nothing."

She continued: "We're all worried sick. It's not like him to not be in touch with us.", reports the Liverpool Echo.
Peter's last Facebook post was on 14 September, with Merseyside Police confirming they received a missing person report on 26 September.
Olivia and her family have taken to social media to share appeals, describing Peter as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes.
She also mentioned that a report has been filed with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. The government department has been approached for comment.
Olivia added: "We're sharing the appeal everywhere in case someone has spoken to him that we don't know about. We just want to know he is okay."
