The BBC has delighted fans by announcing the return of hit series Policing Paradise for a second run, with the cameras set to roll in Bermuda later this month.
Hailed as the "real life" Death in Paradise, season two will once again join the Bermuda Police force through their peak tourist bustle.
Viewers can look forward to an in-depth exploration of the daily grind for the officers on Bermuda's seven islands, tackling everything from K-9 units to jet ski chases and regular patrols.
Regulars from the first series will be back on-screen, accompanied by fresh recruits in varied roles within the vast policing team.
With a composition that includes up to 500 full-time and part-time officers plus special constables, the Bermuda Police Service boasts true diversity, reports Wales Online.
The team includes native Bermudians, officers from across the Caribbean, and a number of UK recruits who have chosen to live and work in this tropical paradise.
The picturesque scenery and local culture are also stars of the show, offering viewers a slice of Bermudian life through the dedicated service of its police force.
This upcoming series promises to highlight the island's busy summer tempo, charting how officers handle the influx of tourists flocking in aboard colossal cruise liners.
Amongst the vibrant affairs covered will be the buzzing Cup Match Weekend, the atmospheric Harbour Nights, spirited music festivals, and colourful parades, all necessitating a substantial police turnout.

Alex McLeod, Commissioning Editor for BBC Daytime, expressed his excitement: "I am so excited we are back in Bermuda for series two of Policing Paradise.
"This is a truly unique place and we feel privileged to be able to have such wonderful access so our viewers can experience what it is like to police a paradise island in peak tourist season."
Sarah Trigg, Executive Producer for Spun Gold TV, also shared her enthusiasm: "We're so pleased to be making a new series and invited back by the Bermuda Police Service after the warm welcome we received from the dedicated officers.
"The success of the show was a true reflection of their spirit, teamwork, and the incredible support from many other key organisations across the island. It's a real privilege to return this summer."
Season one of Policing Paradise is available to stream on BBC iPlayer and season two is expect to return in 2026
