Two guests on GB News entered a fiery row over a migrant debate, where one panellist fumed that there is an "asylum seeker crime epidemic". Adam Brooks said that his "blood was boiling" after he read the news that a migrant was reportedly charged with the 'attempted kidnapping of a child.' He argued about the "dangers" of the migrant hotels to children and then waded into another guest, Bill Rammell, who had apparently labelled Adam "far-right" due to his views. Adam then called the former Labour MP a "disgrace" and said: "I think the left have a lot to answer for!"
Bill replied: "Pedalling fear and misrepresenting the situation. These will be dealt with by the law, not by mob rule!" Adam then repeated: "You're a disgrace." Bill hit back: "You're a disgrace because you're becoming very close to advocating mob rule."
Adam then shared his views again on X with a lengthy statement as he re-shared the clip. He typed: "Some might say I was too emotional on this, but I'll make no apologies, to ANYONE..
"breaking news of a 10 year old girl allegedly at the centre of an attempted kidnapping by an asylum seeker, hits home hard, especially after the alleged rape reported yesterday & the alleged sexual assault in Epping."
He added: "My daughters are 5 and 11, this breaking news upset me, as has the alleged rape in Warwickshire and the alleged sexual assault in Epping. This clear and present danger to our children is consuming me, I've never been so fearful for their future ever. This Government is an utter disgrace."
The huge on-air row came after it was reported that a migrant tried to 'kidnap' a 10-year-old girl. Edris Abdelrazig, from Sudan, was living in a £100-a-night, three-star hotel in Wilmslow, Manchester, at the time of the attempted kidnap.
The Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed that the 30-year-old man allegedly tried to take the young girl while she was with her father in Stockport. He was arrested on July 13.
He will appear at Manchester Crown Court on Tuesday, August 26, for a plea hearing.
A Government spokeswoman stated: "These are deeply concerning cases and we are in touch with local police and communities. Foreign nationals who commit crimes should be in no doubt that the law will be enforced and justice delivered."
